Verbal Switching: Seamlessly switch between employees by name.
Persistent Memory: Each persona maintains its own engineering journal, storing important context from conversations automatically.
Tool Use: All staff have access to a sand-boxed Linux shell (e.g. calculator, time/date, compilers/interpreters, etc). Future: Text-based browser (links).
